Josh Turner

I'm not sure if any of you understand how wonderful Josh Turner is, but he is.  Juelaine, Alicia, and I went to his concert in Idaho Falls a few weeks ago and it was probably one of the best concerts I have been to. Anyways, since then, Juelaine and I have been on a Josh Turner kick...pretty much every time we get in the car we listen to him.  It is wonderful and everyone should try it! Anyways, never thought I would say this in a million years, but...I LOVE COUNTRY MUSIC!

New Hair

Sorry I have been such a dead-beat when it comes to blogging!!! I have multiple events to tell you about, but I will get there slowly...BUT SURELY!  So, first things first, although this is not in chronological order, I did dye my hair.  I am now officially a brunette.  How do I feel about this you ask?!  I have a love-hate relationship with it.  I really like the color...and I feel as if I don't look horrible as a brunette, but here's the issue.  I have NEVER been brunette before and it is not my favorite.  I know this is ridiculous, but I miss being blonde...like...a LOT.  Sometimes I cry myself to sleep because of it!  I'm just kidding...sort of.  Anyways here is a picture.  Like it? Love it? Hate it?

Superman

So...I just found out...literally about 3 minutes ago that the new Superman movie will be filmed in Naperville (suburb that I am from).  They were having casting calls for extras for this movie.  Luckily, I could still apply online. Problem : it films later this summer. Another Problem : I will not be there later this summer because I have decided that it would be a good idea just to stay here.  WORST THING EVER : My favorite actor, Henry Cavill, is going to be Superman himself!!!

Missing the Good Ol' Times

Well...I realize I posted a blog literally 10 minutes ago, but since yesterday went oh so well, I figured I would post something that needs to be said.

I really dislike the new Disney Channel...It hasn't been the same since the Famous Jet Jackson, the Jersey, Brink!, So Weird, Are you Afraid of the Dark?, etc. left.  I miss those days.

Welcome to My Blog!!!

So, instead of studying for my Foreign Policy test that I have tomorrow, I have decided to procrastinate a little more and create a lovely blog for all of you who care...or are bored, to read!  I'm warning you now, my computer is being quite temperamental today, so who knows what kind of language will come out in this blog. :) Just kidding!

First of all, I would like to introduce you to my wonderful family!  There is no better way to start a blog off than to show the people that have helped shape me into the person I am today.

Dad - aka Papa Bostrom aka Kevin

Let me just tell you a little bit about my dad.  He is a wonderful man.  He has this big happy smile, a bushy mustache (which I heard he recently had to shave off...we aren't going to talk about that), a kind heart, and a quirky sense of humor.  I know what you are thinking...well too bad women...he is taken by the beautiful Monica Lee Bostrom.

Mom - aka Mama Bostrom aka Monica

What can I say about my mother?! She is sooooo patient and pretty much the sweetest person I know.  She thinks I'm funny sometimes, which is always an added bonus.  She is a beautiful blonde Swede, with blue eyes and doesn't look a day over 30!  She is extremely creative (something I was not born with) and loves Captain Jack Sparrow (possibly more than a healthy amount).  Anyways she cracks me up and I love her to death! By the way, she doesn't like getting her picture taken, so I literally only have one picture of her on my computer. Sad?! I agree.

Adam - aka my wonderful older brother (I don't have any nicknames that I am allowed to disclose on a public site for him)

Let me tell you a little bit about this man.  He is a graphic designer, and quite a good one at that.  He has beautiful icey blue eyes (unfortunately, I didn't get that bright of blue eyes), blonde hair, and ridiculously good-looking.  I look up to him, and I am proud of him for the man is has become!

LeDawn - aka my beautiful sister-in-law

LeDawn is fantastic! Before she came into my life, all I had was Adam (which I am not complaining about, but it gets difficult when you want to have girl talk).  It's pretty awesome because she graduated in Psychology as well, so she helps me out! I love this woman! I literally could not have asked for a better sister!  She has pretty brown hair and brown eyes! She's just all around gorgeous!
